Blaze takes on a limited number of strategic engagements with organizations that want to transform how they lead in their respective industries. We don’t consult; we intervene. To that end, our strategic engagements are like residencies. We want to understand obstacles and opportunities from the inside out, putting organizations on the path to operating optimally. To that end, a set of deliverables can include but is not limited to: strategic and execution plans, organizational audits, workflow efficiency evaluations and growth and scale plans. Strategic Interventions can be as short as 4 months and as long as 2 years.
